JUX Katsu Curry Sauce

This silky, golden katsu curry sauce is incredibly simple to make using JUX Carrot, JUX White Onion, and JUX Garlic — just simmer, blend, and serve over your favourite protein, veg, and rice.

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 4 tbsp JUX Carrot
  • 2 tbsp JUX White Onion
  • 1 tbsp JUX Garlic
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 500 ml stock
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method:

  1. In a saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and leave to simmer on a low heat for approximately 15 minutes, or until the carrots are soft.
  2. Use an immersion blender to blend the sauce into a smooth, thick consistency.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and enjoy with your choice of protein, veg, and rice!
