I had been waiting for some Rosemary to come up for us as I have been interested in its health giving benefits. I have been steeping for a few minutes in almost boiling water Isome rosemary combined with mint (also Jux) and licorise root. Which I think is fabulous!
Have just tried this for the first time and it is a FABULOUS product!! I made tzatziki (a staple in our kitchen) and fresh dill is notoriously going to waste when I buy it.. JUX is a total game changer.. I'm a fan for life!!! Thank you so much for inventing such a wonderful concept/ product! Pink .

I am a huge fan of Jux and have been using since their introduction. The products are perfect for me - older person, rural Scotland, bad weather for 6 months of the year and very short growing season in my own garden. If I can’t get to the city to stock up then I am limited in sourcing fresh herbs, peppers, spinach, ginger & garlic. I keep Jux onions and carrots for emergencies, but everything else I use daily. No more wasted herbs, soggy slimy spinach, sprouted garlic or soft ginger. The cost of Jux far outweighs money wasted on food spoilage.
And now we have coriander. Try growing that in constant rain- the roots rot. My coriander arrived today with a top up of my regular Jux. Three precious tubs. How is it? Magnificent. Opened a tub immediately and stuck my finger in - tastes so fresh. No more sad looking slimy coriander. I am delighted as this is a game changer for me.
Anyone considering trying Jux, just do it. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely love all the products I have bought, so easy to use and the recipe books are great for ideas. I also cannot fault their customer service. I mentioned (not complaining) that I had not received a recipe book with my order but just presumed I had missed the promotion. However I received two recipe books from Jux a few days later. Confirmation they care about their customers. I placed a second order to give to my son and he loves the products too… 100% recommend this company.. x

I was baking a lamb dish and had forgotten to buy the rosemary.
Thankfully it was one of my Jux purchases.
Worked wonderfully. No difference to using fresh in the taste.
I have also used the beetroot which I add to my juices.
The red onion and garlic are also lovely to use.
Homemade burger sauce made even better with Jux Dill. It was so handy and time saving not having to buy and then finely chop fresh dill.
As I have severe arthritis in both wrists, I was finding it increasingly difficult to prepare vegetables!

I used Jux garlic, red onion and rosemary in a chicken recipe where I would usually use fresh. The flavours were all there, just as always, and no messy, time consuming chopping was needed.
Very happy with all my JUX purchases. Made my husband his usual omelette but added Oregano, garlic and a touch of spinach. He said it was amazing!!
