Have used this in a number of different dishes, rehydrates well, adds flavour to any sauce and fabulous for the store cupboard…

The dried beetroot is simply fabulous and pops with flavour. Great addition to both stews and stir fries.

I bought a bundle from Jux and I have got to say that I am really impressed with how easy they are to use and the taste of the products. I use the garlic, red onion, white onion, red peppers and thyme the most. They are fabulous on homemade pizza, in soups and particularly lovely in scrambled egg. I will definitely be back for more
