This is much easier than fresh ginger. These days I frequently see dried up ginger root for sale which is not worth buying and hard to peel if you do. I used this ginger product to make a warming drink. It's so convenient and fresh tasting when reconstituted. Great product.

I have had the Carrots, onions and spinach so far, I wanted the broccoli but it was not on the website.

Used in a spaghetti bolognaise and you could taste the flavour straight away. Lovely

So easy to use and so fresh. I do get all the people saying just chop your own and that’s ok for them, but having a disability they make life so much easier. I also love to be able to make salad dressings with all the goodness of multiple veg. Love them and will continue to buy them.

Been using this a lit - especially in homemade soups

A great staple ingredient to have in the cupboard....... great tasting and healthy food made quick and easy! Of course fresh is doable, but sometimes life is a little hectic.... so why not make it a more doable! So many options and recipes to use this for...... i bloooooooody love it! (As I live full-time in my motorhome, lightweight, plastic containers and space saving makes this a no brainer...... along with many other Jux pots of magic!)

I haven’t peeled a vegetable since I received my order. No messing about and tastes good too.

There are many fields of parsley close to me in Suffolk but I much prefer this tub to be even nearer in my store cupboard.

I love these dried veg so easy for soups chow mein etc I add red onion red pepper to tuna mix with Greek yogurt and mayo to top jacket potato

Try keeping your thyme healthy, it’s not a robust herb and I feel it deteriorates quickly after picking and during dry weather. This is packed with flavour and good on spuds or in a pasta sauce. It fits the bill for whatever you may fancy to put it in.

So handy for shortcut cookery, wished I’d discovered them ages ago.

I normally waste a lot of garlic bulbs that have dried out or sprouted. I never have to compost them again! This product is so convenient. My fingers dont smell, nor the chopping board and there's no peeling or chopping. A great kitchen aid.

I ordered these as I live on my own and was fed up buying vegetables, not using them and throwing them out. I have repeated this many times but no more. I can use as much or as little as I like straight from the tub. Success
