A very Convenient addition to have in the cupboard. Perfect when you are short on time or you are running low on fresh garlic. I add it to sauces while cooking or add to oil and vinegar with some jux herbs for salad dressing

Whilst I can appreciate that herbs would freeze dry successfully, i was slightly more sceptical about white onion. However, I hate peeling and chopping onions, and as I mainly just cook for 2, I always have old half onions taking up room in the fridge, so thought I would give the JUX white onion a try. Have now used it several times , in soups and sauces and it is a real game changer in terms of speed and convenience and the taste is great - cannot tell the difference between this and using real onions ( which i always tended to burn anyway!). Highly recommended.
Ive used a number of jux products, the herbs are a godsend, when I think of how much wasted food and money I had before I used these. I use them in dishes and as dressing. Found them through a sorted food review video. Will be a staple in my kitchen from now on.
Excellent product, great for van life. Refil packs would be less postage and packaging. Find i have to wait till i need a few due to postage costs.
I add this spinach to my morning juice for that extra boost. Easier than juicing fresh spinach leaving a mess and getting minimal output. Just saying!
Made a parsley sauce for gammon (very old school I know! I do have fresh parsley in the garden but it was bucketing down...
I steeped the parsley in some warm milk and used it for the sauce. Kept its green vibrant colour and great flavour. Will be a godsend in the winter months I think.
I love the convenience of using Jux products. There is amazing flavour trapped into such a small amount. There fact that there are no ‘nasties’ ( ultra processing) makes me happy too.
Exactly what it says on the tin the products are full of flavour and I dried to perfection. I am so pleased with my purchase and I just use them in so many different dishes. Well done Jux.
I have used garlic in easy and convenient forms before but always felt the taste wasn’t authentic. THIS! THIS!!! This is the real deal! Smells like fresh garlic but more importantly tastes like fresh garlic!!! I will still used fresh garlic when I have time to cook at weekends, but during the week this is definitely going to be my friend from now on. Amazing!!
Brilliant fresh smell. Amazing on roast potatoes and potato salad. Good with watermelon and perfect addition to dressings
I love mint tea and like to make it fresh in the summer picking my leaves off the selection of mints I have in the garden. This mint gives me the better option than a teabag!
When I opened it, it appeared to be the peppermint mint rather than the common mint which I was rather expecting. Not sure that I will use it very much.
A very handy little extra for the store cupboard. Comes in handy when you suddenly find yourself a little short

I was sceptical that I would get the true flavour of red onion but needn’t have worried in true JUX style the flavour is exactly as a fresh red onion should be. I’ve used it in dips, in cooking and when making soups. No clearing of skins, no smelly chopping board and fingers to sort it’s a pleasure to use
I adore beetroot added to many different dishes and was really pleased when I used this beetroot as I eat a lot as it is really good for helping maintain a healthy heart. This allows me to sprinkle on food add to dishes as an enhancement to flavour whenever I want without any prep a winner
Love adding these peppers to dips and marinades, makes things ready so fast and all the convenience of fresh taste without labouring over chopping and wastage. Can be included in cooked dishes in a moment what more could you ask for
