5 Minute Meals: Vegetarian Beetroot Tartare

This vibrant dish is perfect for impressing your guests, bursting with refreshing flavours, and made entirely with ingredients from your cupboard. It’s so good we already know you'll want to make this one again and again!

Serves 2

🌿 Ingredients 🌿

  • 4 Tbsp JUX Beetroot 
  • 12 Tbsp Water
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tsp JUX Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp JUX Red Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise


🥄 Preparation 🥄

  • Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well
  • Cover and leave in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight
  • Serve with some crunch bread or breadsticks and enjoy!
