When I could no longer buy frozen chopped thyme I discovered this and was agreeably surprised at the flavour which is closer to fresh thyme than dried. It will be a regular store cupboard essential.

I've made a '27 plants' sprinkle to add to savoury dishes using my JUX bundle as a starting point. The beetroot, carrot and red pepper are especially tasty but also used white and red onion and garlic.

The garlic brings out deep, aromatic base while the #beetroot adds a hint of sweetness and a gorgeous blush of colour.
