Pots and lids: these are made out of 1-PET. This is the most widely recycled plastic.

Foil: our aluminium foil lids not only keep our product fresh, but are 'widely recycled' meaning that at least 75% of local UK councils provide household recycling collection facilities for them*.

Don't forget to clean them before you pop them into recycling!

Handy if you run out of ingredients

The products themselves are good, but somewhat expensive. I'll used them if I run out of fresh, but think the price will keep me using fresh ingredients (onions, garlic) most of the time.

So handy to have to hand

I originally bought the full pack to try out and am pretty surprised at how good this product is. I love the onions, carrots,and spinach so much I’ve bought multiple packs now to keep in standby. Sure I still use fresh for chunky stews and spinach salad, but nothing beats Jux for adding some ingredients into a sauce or creating a dressing. The bonus is no more slimy veg or herbs and I imagine the nutritional value beats supermarket veg that’s ready to turn the minute you get it home. I live in a semi rural area prone to snow and these products are going to be ideal over the winter months
